Quick reference for the team. Updated as I think of things.
Tier 1 → Tier 2 → Tier 3. The same taxonomy the BD Strategist uses for matching and the same one we tag firms and placements with. Synced from the "Taxonomy" tab of the Database sheet — edit there and the change flows through on the next sync.
Three tiers. Click any Tier 1 to expand its tree.

The chat tab. Ask it anything you'd otherwise look up by clicking through firms, placements, or executives. It'll do the lookup for you.
What works well:
Tips:
Every search gets a Project Management Tracker with a templated task list across Overview and Calibration tabs.
Firms and Placements both support multi-filter narrowing. Each Tier dropdown cascades — picking Tier 1 narrows what shows in Tier 2 and Tier 3.
From the Placements tab: hover over the rows you want, check the box on the left of each one, then click Generate Slides. A two-slide deck (logos + placements table) is created in Google Slides and opens in a new tab.
The 6:30 AM Slack DM. What's in it:
Toggle sections in Settings → Daily Brief Sections.
Several tabs of the Database sheet are the source of truth for what's in Ariadne. Edit those, and the next sync flows through:
Clients can't be edited in the UI — they're sheet-managed. If you notice a client is missing or has stale info, fix the relevant tab. The morning placement sync also DMs me if a new client lands in Project Import without a matching row in Client Enrichment.
Auto-detected from your browser at every login. Travel and your brief follows — calendar entries render in local time.
If it picks wrong (VPN, etc.), override it in Settings → Timezone. The next login will re-detect, so the manual setting only sticks while your browser reports that zone.
Update HubSpot last-contacted dates. The "last spoke to X on Y" lines in BD opportunities pull straight from HubSpot. If you logged a call there yesterday, it shows up in tomorrow's brief.
DM me on Slack. What you saw, what you expected, screenshot if you have one. I'll get to it.
